Farmhouse Rental

Full use of kitchen, spacious front and back yard with patio, and four antique European tables with 35 chairs for special occasions like bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, classes and workshops, engagement parties, graduations, reunions, quinceaƱeras, bar/bat mitzvahs, tea parties, ladies’ night out, business luncheons, banquets, corporate events, networking events, trade shows, etc. For larger events or if you desire an outdoor setting to include with our farmhouse, please inquire about our barn and pavilion.

Pricing

  • Friday – Sunday: $125 per hour
    • 4 hour minimum, add’l $100 per hour
  • Monday – Thursday: $100 per hour
    • 3 hour minimum, add’l $75 per hour
  • Red Barn – $100 per hour, 4 hour minimum.
  • Pavilion accommodates up to 75 people. Inquire for pricing.
  • Please contact us for additional guest fees and any questions you may have.

The Fine Print

  • Limited to 35 guests.
  • Hourly rate must include set up and clean up timeox.
  • Does not include access to the upstairs.
  • Events/parties must be held 10am-9pm.
  • A $75 non-refundable deposit will be applied to the final balance.
  • Weddings excluded.

Photoshoot Location Package

Pricing includes the entire use of our idyllic farmhouse, spacious yard with our beautiful 100-year old magnolia tree, and rustic, yet contemporary red barn.

  • $100 per hour (1 hour minimum)
  • If booked for 4 hours or more you will receive a 15% discount.
